The Recruitment and Hiring Process

TSR thoroughly reviews submitted resumes in a systematic and hierarchical manner for the recruitment and development of its human resources. But what steps do you need to take to join us?

Job seekers, based on their interests and expertise, send their resumes to TSR after finding their desired job opportunity.

After receiving the resume, if the job seeker’s desired job opportunity is in the specialist or higher category, the submitted resumes are first evaluated and ranked, and then reviewed by the manager or supervisor of the relevant department. After completing these stages, general and technical interviews commence. However, if the job opportunity is not in the specialist or higher category, the process of general and specialized interviews is conducted by the administrative department.

In the initial general interview, which is conducted over the phone, a set of general questions is asked based on a specific form, and any ambiguous aspects in the received resume are also examined. Finally, the applicants' resumes will be provided to the relevant manager or supervisor for the candidate to proceed to the technical interview stage.

For the technical interview, after determining the time and date, candidates are invited to attend. In this interview, which may also be conducted in a group format, candidates, after reviewing the "Pre-Interview Recommendation," fill out the employment form, followed by the technical interview, and subsequently, the human resources interview.

After conducting the interviews and completing the necessary forms, the final evaluation stage and a review of the candidate's professional history will commence. This stage will be accompanied by initial feedback to the candidate, allowing for the verification of resume information and interview results.

After successfully completing the above stages, the candidate will undergo a probationary period at TSR. During this period, and before any contract extension, the supervisor or HR specialist will provide the assessment forms and specialized information to the evaluating authorities. After the probationary period, the evaluation results and reports will be submitted to the CEO, and a decision will be made regarding the continuation or termination of cooperation.
